This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on kuchtasty.in, owned and operated by Pooja Thakur.

Since our products are food items (Thekua), we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.


1. No Return Policy for Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is damaged

  • Product delivered is expired

  • Product delivered is wrong or missing

  • Package is tampered at the time of delivery

⚠️ Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Product already opened or consumed

  • Customer changes mind after delivery


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For online payments, the refund will be processed via the same payment gateway used at checkout


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or dispatched

  • Cancellation requests (if allowed) must be made within 2 hours of placing the order
